Stay away thisi s a fake website

I purchased Vitamin C oil from timelessha.com over 2 months ago and although I received a USPS tracking number after 1 month of not receiving the item nor an update on USPS website. I reached out to timelessha.com but they ignored my email. Luckily I purchased the item via Paypal so I contacted Paypal a few weeks after that and requested a refund as the Vitamin C oil is quite sensitive to light, etc and can be damaged. Again timelessha.com did not respond to Paypal's dispute email and I was refunded the money.

I have heard the company take orders and sends 'fake' packages to addresses that dont really exist so that they become unsorted at LAX airport and are eventually returned to sender (after months). To the consumer it looks like the hold up is on USPS's side but in actual fact you will never receive the item.

Be warned. Stay away!

There are some other popular vitamin C serums, some of which also include Vitamin E and Ferulic Acid. Skinceuticals, Drunk Elephant, Derma Doctor, Paulas Choice, to name a few but the price is generally higher, although the product is not necessarily a lot better. Have a look here for comparisons https://www.health.com/beauty/vitamin-c-serum

I've also used the skinceuticals CE ferulic, but that was just a bit too pricey. This smells better too and doesn't get old as quickly- you know where the Vit C oxidises? I think this is just as good at making my skin look just fabulous! I find it easier to buy stuff off Amazon as I'm comfortable with that. But I hear that in some cases there is no reply if the product is oxidised or there's some issue. Timeless on the other hand has an excellent online store, with a very reachable helpline.

They are based in California and have good customer service, they are very contactable and process the orders within a couple of days. Packaging is in boxes or bubble wrapped so stuff gets to you in good condition. They sell on Amazon as well.

I started using this a year ago, and I really like the way it works. Getting a whole load of compliments about how fresh my skin looks.

You need to use this maybe six weeks or more, and you have to make sure it is kept safe from sunlight otherwise it oxidises soon. Also it is supposed to be applied in the night, and not before walking in the sun, for health reasons. You can use a foil wrap or something, and the fact that Timeless has a dark opaque bottle is also good here.
